Neill Blomkamp’s not going to let one slip up slow him down. Elysium, the writer-director’s follow-up to the much-lauded District 9, may not have lived up to the hype, but that’s not about to dissuade him from trying his hand at dystopian sci-fi yet again. Today, Entertainment Weekly debuted the first trailer for his latest movie, Chappie, which follows the adventures of an experimental robot with the ability to think for itself that is kidnapped by two criminals. The movie – which stars a mulleted Hugh Jackman, Dev Patel, Sigourney Weaver and Die Antwoord’s Ninja and Yo-Landi Vi$$er – is due out on March 6, 2015.
