Your role as Training Manager
As Training Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, organization, implementation and continuous improvement of Global Rail Academy’s training programs:
You are responsible for developing training plans that outline the curriculum, schedule and allocated resources required for delivery
In your role you are coordinating instructors, subject matter experts and other stakeholder to ensure effective program delivery including managing the logistics of training sessions, materials and venues
Monitoring the quality of training programs and provide feedback for improvement with clients both internally and externally
Implementing evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training and ensure training methods and materials meet the industry standards and regulatory requirements
Serve as primary point of contact of learners regarding training schedules, materials and other inquiries, which includes any issue handling during the training process
Maintain accurate records of training activities and training budget vs. costs
Support the Head of Academy in planning and report creation
Your profile
You have at 3-5 years of experience in managing training programs in adult education
Experience in applying inductive learning process and diverse training strategies
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Very good user skills in MS Office; other learning platforms are a plus
Great communication and coaching abilities that inspire and engage others
