Responsibilities:
You identify and assess the training needs of Honor Technologies Germany through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers
You develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
You implement effective and purposeful training methods
You effectively manage the training budget
You evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance
You drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
You effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management
You select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
You manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training
You keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices
Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and development management
You possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in German + English
You have a superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
You are a critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
You are highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
You are familiar with traditional and modern training processes
You have fantastic organizational and time management skills
You have a strategic and creative mindset
You pay meticulous attention to detail
