Training Manager (m/f/d)

FactFinder is the European leader in eCommerce product discovery and search. Our Project Management Office is a department responsible for implementing our product on customer side as well as creating opportunity through learning and development for our customers, partners, employees, and developers across the FactFinder Eco-System. It will play a key role in FactFinders growth as it is accompanied by an increased need for future skills.

We are looking for a Training Manager to join the PMO team, to create and build a structure and organize educational courses and materials to support our learning audiences.

Your mission

• Create structure and orchestrate our team to create learning curricula and eLearning courses: lead the design and development of training initiatives for FactFinder products and solutions
• Partner with all FactFinder departments to analyse, design, and develop training and e-learning content
• Independent collection of necessary information for the creation and structuring of training and documentation material in various formats like videos or documents
• Identify the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for our learners (customers, partners and internally)
• Consult on projects and recommend design ideas: partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and others to establish content needs
• Transform technical content into engaging and immersive learning experiences
• Create courses and learning content using an array of eLearning and video development tools
  
  

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience creating Learning and eLearning courses using multimedia authoring tools
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories, as well as proficiency in design tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or related field are suggested but similar work experience will be considered
• Strong writing skills with the ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
