We are looking for a Supply Chain Expert Governance (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Join the Governance & Performance team within Supply Chain Excellence! This role presents a thrilling opportunity to contribute to the further development and implementation of E.ON Supply Chain’s governance framework among the E.ON Group. Within a team of experts, you will further deepen your knowledge in Supply Chain regulations and processes and will coordinate different integration projects of new Group entities into E.ON Supply Chain’s functional steering model.
Your Tasks
You will manage and continuously improve the group-wide Supply Chain governance framework to enable sustainable value creation
You will be the single point of contact for subsidiaries’ governance and support carve-in and carve-out activities, such as integrating new entities into E.ON’s Supply Chain functional steering model and respective processes
You will regularly align with senior stakeholders, including Supply Chain Directors and the Chief Procurement Officer
You will serve as the interface to other corporate functions, such as Corporate Audit, Data Protection & IT Security, Accounting, as well as Enterprise Risk Management
You will be responsible for group-wide communication of standards and updates, serving as the single point of contact for clarifying questions from the Supply Chain community
You will develop and execute governance-related trainings for the Supply Chain community
Your Qualifications
You have a relevant academic degree (Master or equivalent) or similar education, along with several years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in larger international corporations (experience in Supply Chain is a plus)
You have experience in developing processes, policy frameworks, and Internal Controls
Proven ability to work in high-performing teams and the capability to motivate and inspire others
Your strong analytical and communication skills, along with your structured and hands-on approach, enable you to effectively navigate complex challenges
With drive and passion, you enable to set and enforce commercial standards based on excellent conceptual skills and personal determination
Comfortable with handling conflicts and the ability to challenge "conventional corporate" thinking
Fluency in English and German is a prerequisite
