Position Overview:

The SVP of Digital will play a critical role in shaping and executing the digital strategy for our client, a leader in the microbiome industry. This executive will oversee all digital functions, including digital marketing, data analytics, IT infrastructure, and the development of digital products and services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital technologies and their applications in the microbiome industry. They will be responsible for driving digital innovation, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring the seamless integration of digital solutions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Enhance customer engagement through personalized and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Utilize digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, for targeted audience engagement.
• Build and lead a data analytics team to gather, analyze, and interpret data for informed business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, data analytics, and IT management, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving business growth through digital innovation.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including data analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
