As the market leader in machinery manufacturing, our client has grown significantly since its inception over 30 years ago. Company specializes in developing innovative processes and technologies related to Plasma treatment solutions, including thin layer deposition and surface preparation. To support their continued growth, they are looking forward to grow their team.
The role
- Develop and execute sales strategies for plasma treatment technology.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring successful implementation and usage of the technology.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, offering tailored solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits of plasma treatment technology.
- Collaborate with the product development team, providing customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
- Work with external partners to ensure effective sales strategies and customer support. Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, adopting best practices in all sales activities.
- Travel, domestically and internationally, to meet with customers and partners.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- You preferably have 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development or technical support within the plasma treatment technology industry and its applications.
- You are business fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- You are able and willing to internationally travel 25%-50% of the time.
