Our German branche, Denys gmbh, is growing rapidly. To support our German HR team we are looking for a recruiter with a solid knowledge of the German labour market. You can do this job as an employee or as a freelancer.


Your challenge

  • You take the necessary actions to attract talent through proactive networking, mailings, use of recruitment tools and social media,...
  • You search for and approach potential candidates, explain the opportunity and profile requirements and check their interests and motivations.
  • You maintain contact with local recruitment agencies and collect relevant CV’s according to the vacancies.
  • You substantiate a qualitative screening with telephone and face-to-face interviews, schedule appointments for relevant potential employees and you keep track of the rest of the process.
  • Once the candidate has been selected, you provide all information and relevant certificates to the HR Responsible in Belgium who is responsible for the preparation of salary and contract agreements.


Your profile

  • You have obtained a Bachelor or Master Degree and can present a professional experience in recruitment. Knowledge of the construction sector is a plus.
  • Recruiting is a passion where attracting the right profiles is a challenge and a motivator for you.
  • You have good communication skills in German and English.
  • You are flexible and you do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.
