The Office manager will be based in our site in Munich.

Bellow the purpose of the role and the main missions:

  • Office manager
  • HR leader
  • Executive asistant for BU president.



Office Manager

  • Organize & maintain the office condition and arrange necessary expenses
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires/ visitors
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues



HR Leader

  • Provide proximity support to Employee queries ( policies, payroll, training, development...)
  • Prepares HR indicators,presentations as required by Site HR Manager
  • Liaise with Recruiting to ensure efficient selection process
  • Identifies key skills and prepares a development plan/training
  • Controls implementation of HR policies and Labour law requirements and train managers
  • Defines salary packages requests (Annual, Promotions,...) in line with applicable policy
  • Controls reality of variable elements and payroll consistency in line with Payroll and Admin Assistant
  • Prepares contracts, notice letters and any necessary HR documentation



Executive assistant for BU President

  • Fulfill communication and information processing duties
  • Fulfill secretarial duties
  • Carry out administrative management and activity monitoring duties
  • Assist the BU President in the management of specific tasks (files, meetings organization, travel, expenses…)
