Our client is an innovative, medium-sized company and has been one of the leading manufacturers of GNSS, inertial, and indoor positioning systems with electronic origins for over 30 years, used by vehicle and tire manufacturers worldwide to test and validate vehicle performance and safety.

General Office Support
- Provide support in day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Accurately input and maintain data into the company's database and spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
- Coordinate calendars and schedules for office staff.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, supplies, and inventory.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.
- Provide administrative support to managers and executives, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Addressing customer inquiries through phone and email channels.
- Overseeing the entire process of customer orders from receipt to dispatch and payment receipt.
- Verifying supplier purchasing invoices against delivery notes and handling invoice processing.
- Precisely inputting and updating customer details in our proprietary computer system, UNITY.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repairs and maintenance.
- 36.5 working hours/week and 30 days annual vacation.

Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Prior experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in English is preferred to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
