Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Munich. This hybrid role involves both in-office and remote work, offering flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Office Assistant will be crucial in organizing trainings, providing administrative support (e.g. in bookkeeping), and assisting with event organization and other administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and organizing training sessions, including customer requests
Providing administrative support for bookkeeping
Assisting with event planning and logistics
Managing office supplies and equipment
Handling phone calls and customer requests
Performing clerical tasks and maintaining office operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative assistance and clerical work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient levels in English and German language
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
