We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

As part of our dynamic team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Landing pages development and site design;
Design graphics, icons, and logos;
Design custom WordPress themes (code-free);
Work with developers to implement visual elements of websites;
Research and evaluate new design trends;
Establish and maintain design standards and best practices;
Effectively manage your time; meet all deadlines;
Have a sense of humor and an egoless approach to doing extraordinary work;
Stay proactive, accountable, and responsive, adapting to any situation.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
3-5 years experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work;
Proficiency in the following design tools: Figma, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD;
Experience with WordPress and Elementor to update and create page templates;
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices;
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and color;
An inventive, original thinker;
A self-starter with a strong work ethic;
Proficiency in English, equivalent to B1 level or higher.
Additional qualifications that would be considered a plus:
Experience in animation, video editing, or 3D graphics
