We're now looking for an associate level Inside Sales. This position is a full-time, remote working position.


Your challenges:

  1. Responsible for outbound/inbound communications (phone & email) and contacting businesses and prospective/existing clients for the purpose of selling EcoFlow residential energy storage products.
  2. Works closely with distributors and installers, conducts lead generation efforts to create and qualify leads and follows up on prospects, cultivate and follow up on business leads, and optimize the steps within the customer acquisition funnel.
  3. Obtains names and contact information of potential customers from sales team, inbound inquiries, and purchased lists.
  4. Inter-department communication – develops working relationships with other EcoFlow departments and takes the leads to resolve issues.
  5. Maintain CRM database with leads and follow up as well as tracking revenue associated with leads.


Your profile includes:

  1. 1-3 years relevant experience in inside sales, promotions, telemarketing.
  2. Knowledge of solar industry and related products/services, sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  3. Electrical Technical Degree, Renewable Energy Degree is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication skills – written & verbal in German and English.
  5. Proven track record in sales results from telemarketing experience.
  6. Organized, details oriented, ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
  7. Demonstrates high energy, self-motivation and persistence.
  8. Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
