To join our highly motivated EMEA Team in Mannheim or Deggendorf, we are currently seeking an HR Manager (EMEA)

Key Objective of the Job
- Develops and executes human resources strategies that proficiently tackle organizational challenges while aligning with overarching business objectives.
- Advise on the organizational structure, and HR analysis with indicators to ensure it optimally fits the organizational strategy.
- Facilitate the cultivation of a high-performing culture through coaching and targeted, focusing on areas such as performance improvement, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Global HR team to ensure a regional incentive and bonus program centered around a quantifiable contribution framework and profit-driven achievements.
- Ensures that HR services and policies are executed efficiently and effectively, and in compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards.
- Contributes to providing HR support to managers and employees in regions or sites and implements HR processes (recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, and talent management).
Detail Responsibility
- Provide a comprehensive range of operational HR services to employees and managers within the regions/sites.
- Implement ADLINK HR processes and programs at the regions/sites.
- Basic understanding of P/L to manage HR costs within the annual budget plan.
- Communicate and provide insightful reports for informed decision-making regularly.
- Ensure HR operations, information, and data comply with HR policies and local legislation.
- Initiate local HR-relevant business projects and support the implementation of subsequent plans.
- Support managers in employee relations, engagement, and development activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HRBP or HR manager experience, 5+ years of full-function HR work experience
- Highly collaborative with strong communication, and influencing skills as well as stakeholder management.
- Fluent German and professional English language skills are mandatory.
