We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to lead our European sales efforts. Develop, convert, and close high-value leads and drive installations of the Neatleaf SPYDER system. The ideal candidate will have a strong rolodex of CEA operators in the Region, be a team player, have a knack for creative approaches and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
All sales activities and processes that generate new business and deepen existing relationships within assigned Region
Define a sales strategy for our products in Europe
Obtain, allocate and adjust operations resources to achieve sales and service goals
Widen our sales pipeline in Europe
Help marketing and public relations efforts in Europe
Identify and engage with potential channel partners
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in sales and/or business development
Experience building a sales pipeline, evaluating pricing models, creating sales strategies, and establishing channel partnerships
Experience working with CRMs and structured processes
Previous exposure to marketing and public relations efforts
Experience growing and leading a team
Experience operating in international markets
