Assistant HR Manager

Our global client is an airlines and aviation company. We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join their growing team.

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will take care of diverse topics within the HR department. You can expect an exciting task with the operations in HR processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting employees and supervisors on all personnel, labor, and works constitution law issues
  • The preparation of contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other personnel documents
  • Close collaboration with the Works Council and preparation of Works Council templates and hearings
  • Participation in recruiting and onboarding new employees as well as temporary workers
  • Close cooperation with personnel service providers
  • Update internal databases
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in a relevant role
  • BS in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Experience in recruitment processes is required
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Good communication skills in German
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Quick comprehension, high commitment, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
