You are acting as a 3D Harness Designer (d/f/m) for our prestigious client in the field of aerospace industry in Donauwörth. The organisation is set-up with small teams working based on agile/scrum methodology, in order to fit the dynamic environment and the challenging timeline. People are facing pressure with resilience. Your Responsibilities
Adapting current design rules e.g. AIPI/AIPS from previous A/C or H/C and international rules to create new design principles for the high-voltages EWIS installation
Supporting the EWIS Inst. Team to define physical interface allocation
Accepting or rejecting the content of the IDD/IP (Interface document) delivered by the system designers (SDR),
Supporting all equipment SRDs to review the internal physical EWIS and ESN/MBN installation and first article inspection of CiA equipment. Therefore write reports incl. all findings, non-compliances to requirements and follow-up of the related actions.
Validating & Verifying inside DOORS of EWIS requirements (cascaded down to WP´s) and acceptance or rejection of the allocated requirements to EWIS
Performing weekly meetings with different suppliers incl. report (MoM), track the progess, high-light risks and opportunities
Monthly business trips 2-3 days (to Marignane, France) possible
Your Profile
Completed studies in electrical engineering, engineering or a similar qualification
Completed vocational training leading to further training as a technician or equivalent qualification
Training measures suiting your tasks and activities
Up to 30 days of annual leave
Personal support and qualified advice from the Aviation Unit offices, e.g. in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Stade, Augsburg, Munich or Bremen
