    I recently had the pleasure of speaking with David Pereira, CEO of omoqo GmbH, on my podcast. He shared some fascinating insights on product management and innovation. One key takeaway - be careful with the language you use as a product leader. David explained how his ideas can sometimes be taken as directives by his team when he just meant to spark discussion. He recommends using more questions to express ideas, so teams feel empowered to challenge and collaborate. David also discussed the importance of clarifying which ideas are crucial for the company vision, and which are less critical. In other words. What will we do, and what will we won't do. This helps teams focus their efforts on the projects that will drive growth.
