#CustomerPublicationWeekly 'singlecellsequencing to understand #evolution. The #amphioxus, a fish-like invertebrate, provides evolutionary insight into the origins of vertebrates. A recent study published in Nature Ecology and Evolution uses single cell sequencing to analyse seven amphioxus embryo stages to discover chordate cell type evolution and vertebrate neural cell type origins. Singleron's GEXSCOPE Single Cell RNAseq Library Kit was used in this study.

Great time at Single Cell Congress: Asia held in Singapore last week. The panel discussion on the challenges of data analysis was especially intriguing. Special thanks to Prof Chen Jinmiao for acknowledging our code free data analysis cloud with user friendly GUI. I cannot agree more that clinicians and biologists are the best candidates to analyze the data and give the best intrepretation of results. Thus, the customizable level of the data analysis tool matters. It was really great speaking with you. On this day, let's unite in support of those affected by glioblastoma, the most common and aggressive form of brain cancer. This day is not just about raising awareness but also about honoring the resilience of patients and the dedication of caregivers and researchers. Despite the challenges, there is hope and progress in the fight against glioblastoma. With continued research and advocacy, we aim for breakthroughs that will lead to better treatments and ultimately, a cure. Let's wear the glioblastoma ribbon today to show our solidarity and commitment to this cause. Together, we can make a difference. #GBMDay #EndBrainCancer

#CustomerPublicationWeekly High-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (#HGSOC) has high mortality and does not respond well to immunotherapy. With #singlecellsequencing and #multi-omics technologies, the tumor microenvironment (TME) of homologous recombination deficiency (#HRD) HGSOC is characterized. An enrichment of effector regulatory T cells (#eTregs) in the TME could be suppressed by neoadjuvant therapies, which could account for the impressively high response rate. Singleron's #sCircle Single Cell Full-Length Immunoreceptor Library Kit was used in this study for single cell #TCR sequencing. https://lnkd.in/edEM-tcC
