🌞 vPPA Deal Signed with LUX MED Group!! 🤝   We’ve just finalized a virtual Power Purchase Agreement (vPPA) with LUX MED, Poland's leading private healthcare provider. 🔋 We will produce 36 GWh of green energy annually for LUX MED. The agreement will help LUX MED Group reduce CO2 emissions by over 250,000 tons throughout the 10-year contract duration. This collaboration will ensure zero-emission electricity consumption for all companies within the LUX MED Group, supporting their ambitious goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2040. 👏 We congratulate LUX MED on their commitment to implementing a sustainable development strategy, and we wish them success in achieving zero emissions. Located in Serta, central Portugal, this innovative project comprises four separate UPP units - a first in R.Power Renewables portfolio. Key highlights of the Serta Farm: · Capacity: 4.8 MWp · Panels: 8,600+ · Area: 9 hectares · Expected Annual Yield: 8.4 GWh 💪 This is our second international PV farm and our second in Portugal under operation. The achievement in Serta comes shortly after the activation of our Terena photovoltaic farm, highlighting our swift growth in Portugal's renewable energy sector. 📣 🇵🇱 The Dramino 10 MWp solar farm has been successfully connected to the grid! 💪 Construction of this uniquely located farm began in September 2023, covering an area of over 13 hectares and utilizing 18,181 photovoltaic panels. It is our northwesternmost farm to date, situated near the charming Wolin Island. The annual yield of the solar farm is projected to be 11.2 GWh. 🌞 This investment marks our 30th energized power plant this year (counting both Poland and Portugal), solidifying R.Power Renewables’s position as a leader in the IPP sector. 🚀 Successfully Completed Capital Increase! We proudly announce the successful completion of a €25 million equity injection! This latest round of funding comes as we have achieved key milestones agreed upon with our investors, demonstrating their strong confidence in the R.Power's future and our ability to deliver on the ambitious growth plans. 🤝 The newly issued share will be subscribed for by our existing shareholders, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF)), advised by Amber Infrastructure Limited. 🇵🇹 We have just expanded our European portfolio of solar projects in Portugal!   🤝 We have signed an agreement to acquire shares in companies from the Portuguese investment group Gesto-Energia holding rights to photovoltaic projects with installed capacity of 24.1 MWp. This acquisition increases our total pipeline capacity in Portugal with secured grid connection conditions to 92 MWp. 💪 The projects located in Lagos, Mação, and Vila Franca de Xira have been developed to the RTB (ready-to-build) stage.
