25 Jahre! Ende März 2024 haben wir unseren langjährigen Kollegen Ronald Grott in den Ruhestand verabschiedet. Über 25 Jahre hat er das Team der NORD Holding, zuletzt als Partner, mit seiner herzlichen Art, seinem Know-how, seinem Pragmatismus und seiner Entscheidungsfreudigkeit sowie seiner Umsetzungsstärke bereichert. Wir bedanken uns bei Ronald für die gemeinsame erfolgreiche Zeit und wünschen ihm für den kommenden Lebensabschnitt alles erdenklich Gute.

Diese Woche durften wir die EBS Invest in unserem Frankfurter Büro für einen Case Study Workshop und Networking Lunch willkommen heißen! 🎓🚀 Gemeinsam mit Alina Witt - HR Managerin und Sven Langelahn - Associate Direktinvestments Small Cap, konnten die Studierenden das Frankfurter Büro kennenlernen, tief in die Welt des Private Equities eintauchen und gemeinsam an einer Case Study zu unserem aktuellen Portfoliounternehmen LivEye arbeiten 📈💡. Es war großartig zu sehen, wie engagiert und vielfältig der Austausch war! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Team von EBS Invest für Eure Teilnahme und die wertvollen Beiträge 🙌💫!

Once again we were part of the PE Days in Lisbon!   A big compliment to the Nova Venture Capital & Private Equity Club for this successful two-day event.   We would also like to thank all the students who listened to our panel talk 🗣️, participated in our case study workshop 🤓, spent a wonderful dinner with us in Lisbon 🍴, took part in our speed interviews 👥 and accompanied us on the boat tour ⛵️.   We are already looking forward to participate next year!

We are highly delighted to announce this year's promotions:   Director Direct Investment Mid Cap: David Woessner and Christoph Grunewald   David has been part of the team since 2017. He was significantly involved in the outstanding transformation of our former portfolio companies Engelmann Sensor GmbH and hg medical GmbH. He is also an important part of our Healthcare team, which he has demonstrated with the successful acquisitions of OHRWERK Hörgeräte GmbH and ABJ alive GmbH.   Christoph joined the team in 2019. After several years of previous experience in investment banking, he plays a key role in our Software & Technology sector and is responsible for our strongly growing portfolio companies Public Cloud Group GmbH, EWERK Group GmbH and CONUTI GmbH.   Investment Manager Fund Investment: Vincent de LARD He started with us as Analyst in 2019 and since then, he has continuously and enthusiastically developed our network and our investments.   Associate Fund Investment: Alberto Guerrini Alberto was initially part of the Fund Investment team as an Intern before returning as an Analyst in 2022. He adds great value to the team both on the analytic as well as on the sourcing side.   Each one of these promotions is incredibly well deserved.
