Globalisation 🌍 in regulation not only leads to legal challenges ⚠️ ☝️In addition to the challenge of keeping an eye on regulatory developments, it is important to filter them for relevance, then understand them and pass them on to the relevant departments in the company. 👉 Legal changes often also entail strategic decisions. 👉 Recognising and implementing these at an early stage through legal monitoring is a major challenge.
