🌱 An inspiring Office Visit at Ecosia ! 🌱 We, Innovis VC, along with the local student social entrepreneurship initiative Enactus Berlin and the student initiative Humboldt Economics Forum ("Humboldt-ForumWirtschaft), had the opportunity to organize and participate in a workshop at Ecosia. 🌍 During our visit, we gained many insights into Ecosia's unique structure and approach, particularly their values and organization as a steward-owned company. The focus on sustainability and social projects was truly inspiring. 🌳 📚 We had numerous questions and were eager to learn, benefiting from the diverse backgrounds of our participating students. We were interested by the founding story and ecological mission and learned about the role of the CTrPO (Chief Tree Planting Officer), which plays a crucial part in Ecosia's environmental and sustainability initiatives. One of the highlights was our case study on "Better targeting the Gen-Z audience," which allowed us to apply our learnings practically.
