40 Jahre HORSCH - Recap part 1 🌍 International News 🌍 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 We take you on a journey through 40 years of HORSCH history - characterized by innovations, family ties and passion for agriculture! Today we start with the early years: 1984-1994 ▶ Driven by his passion for agricultural technology and the problems the Horsch family encountered on their own arable farm, Michael Horsch started to develop his first machines and founded the HORSCH Maschinen GmbH in 1984. ▶ At this time, Michael Horsch also met Cornelia, the daughter of Mr. Dorsemagen, one of his first customers. With the support of the family, they managed the company which at the time already had 15 employees. The Seed-Exactor (first no-till seed drill), the Airseeder (tine seed drill) and one of the most famous HORSCH developments, the Terra-Trac (three-wheel tractor) became known at this time. Be curious! Heute starten wir mit den Anfangsjahren: 1984-1994 ▶ Getrieben von seiner Leidenschaft für Landtechnik und den Problemen, die der Familie Horsch auf ihrem eigenen Ackerbaubetrieb begegneten, begann Michael Horsch mit der Entwicklung seiner ersten Maschinen und gründete 1984 die HORSCH Maschinen GmbH. ▶ Zu dieser Zeit lernte Michael Horsch auch Cornelia, die Tochter von Herrn Dorsemagen, einem seiner ersten Kunden kennen. Mit Unterstützung der Familie leiteten sie das Unternehmen, das zu dieser Zeit bereits 15 Mitarbeiter*innen hatte. Der Sä-Exaktor (erste Direktsaat-Sämaschine), der Airseeder (Zinkensämaschine) und eine der bekanntesten HORSCH Entwicklungen, der Terra-Trac (Dreiradschlepper) wurden zu dieser Zeit bekannt. Across the Schwandorf District // Einmal quer durch den Landkreis Schwandorf ➡️🏃♀️🏃♂️ 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 On Saturday, June 22nd, 43 HORSCH employees gathered and ran in relays from Fronberg to Oberviechtach📍 The event was the Schwandorf District Run where HORSCH participated with four running teams and one walking team. This made HORSCH the company with the highest number of participants for the fifth consecutive time 🔝🏆 A big thank you to all the employees who took part and showed everyone how strong HORSCH is as a team! 💪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 Am Samstag, den 22.06, trafen sich 43 HORSCH Mitarbeitende und liefen gemeinsam in Staffeln von Fronberg bis nach Oberviechtach📍 Der Anlass war das Sportereignis Landkreislauf Schwandorf, wo neben weiteren Gruppen vier Lauf- und ein Walkingteam von HORSCH teilnahmen. That's why HORSCH offers little surprises on special private occasions. Every employee receives a book such as "Discover the farm with us" for the birth of a child. HORSCH also congratulates employees on their wedding with bonus points that can be redeemed as shopping vouchers. But it is not only on private occasions that we surprise our employees with a little extra. We also recognise their support in their daily work, e.g. on company anniversaries. Small gestures - great appreciation of our employees 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪 Unsere Mitarbeitenden und ihre Familien liegen uns am Herzen. Deshalb gibt es von HORSCH zu besonderen privaten Anlässen kleine Überraschungen. Zum Familienzuwachs bekommt jeder Mitarbeitende ein Buch wie z.B. This decision has brought them many benefits: Eco-friendly commuting: By travelling together, they reduce their CO2 emissions and actively contribute to the protection of the environment. Save money: By sharing the fuel costs, everyone can save money on their daily commute. Fewer parking problems: This means more space for everyone and less parking stress! An extra bonus that is particularly important: the carpooling team does not only reduce costs and protect the environment - they also use the travel time to network.
