Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our 2nd HORSCH Brazil After-Sales Workshop. This event was an excellent opportunity for our team to delve into techniques and strategies that enhance our support and customer service. During the workshop, we explored various innovative approaches and shared valuable insights to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. The exchange of experiences among participants, which included employees and dealers, was enriching and significantly contributed to our growth. We are committed to excellence at every stage of customer service, and events like this are essential to keep our team updated and motivated to provide effective and high-quality solutions, always keeping our customers' needs first. We thank everyone involved for making this workshop a success and we look forward to applying the new strategies learned to continue exceeding our customers' expectations. Abteilungsausflug des "Agricultural Centre of Innovation" Department excursion of the "Agricultural Center of Innovation" 🌍 International News from Germany 🌍 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 It was time for the ACI department's annual team excursion this week: After a hike to the Danube gorge in Weltenburg, they took the cable ferry to Weltenburg Abbey. There they enjoyed a beer tasting in the monastery's own brewery, followed by dinner to make the day perfect. The 100 participants returned by boat. A successful department excursion! 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪 Für die Abteilung ACI war es diese Woche so weit - der jährliche Team-Ausflug stand an: Nach einer Wanderung zum Donaudurchbruch in Weltenburg, machten sie mit der Seilfähre eine Überfahrt zum Kloster. Dort gab es in der hauseigenen Brauerei eine Bierverköstigung, ein anschließendes Abendessen zum Ausklang durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Zurück ging's für die 100 Teilnehmenden mit dem Schiff. Ein gelungener Abteilungsausflug!

Auch mit Wasser ist man versorgt und nach dem Training kann man mit einer Dusche frisch in den Tag oder in den Feierabend starten. Das tägliche Training ist schon absolviert und man muss sich nach der Arbeit keine Gedanken mehr darum machen. Was will man mehr!?

⚽ HORSCH LEEB 2:5 DRÄXLMAIER 🥅 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 Last Saturday, an exciting friendly match between HORSCH LEEB and DRÄXLMAIER took place on the football field in Eichendorf. The game started at 6:00 PM and attracted many spectators. HORSCH LEEB fielded 15 employees and, after an intense match, had to concede defeat to DRÄXLMAIER with a score of 2:5. However, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the spectators experienced numerous thrilling moments. 🔥 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the game. We are looking forward to future encounters! 🤝 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 Letzten Samstag fand auf dem Fußballplatz in Eichendorf ein spannendes Freundschaftsspiel zwischen HORSCH LEEB und DRÄXLMAIER statt. Das Spiel begann um 18:00 Uhr und zog viele Zuschauer an. HORSCH LEEB trat mit 15 Mitarbeitenden an und musste sich nach einem intensiven Match mit 2:5 gegen DRÄXLMAIER geschlagen geben. Die Stimmung war aber großartig und die Zuschauer und Zuschauerinnen erlebten zahlreiche aufregende Momente. 🔥 Ein herzlicher Dank an alle, die das Spiel unterstützt haben. Belegschaftsversammlung Sommer 2024 Staff meeting summer 2024 🌍 International News from Germany 🌍 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 To keep our employees up-to-date, we hold a staff meeting with the management twice a year. It was that time again in mid-July! Current and future topics were discussed at the meeting. This allows the management to enter into a direct exchange with the employees as a close contact is a top priority at HORSCH. The meeting was also used as an opportunity to thank everyone for their commitment. And now there is a lot of motivation for the second half of the year! 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪 Um unsere Mitarbeitenden auf dem Laufenden zu halten, gibt es zweimal im Jahr eine Belegschaftsversammlung mit der Geschäftsführung. Mitte Juli war es wieder so weit! Bei der Versammlung wurden aktuelle und zukünftige Themen angesprochen. Die Geschäftsführung kann so in den direkten Austausch mit den Mitarbeitenden treten, denn Familiarität steht bei HORSCH ganz oben. Der Termin wurde auch zum Anlass genommen, um allen für ihre Einsatzbereitschaft zu danken. Und jetzt geht's voller Motivation ins zweite Halbjahr!

Stadtradeln in Landau: Gemeinsam für die Umwelt und Gesundheit! // City cycling in Landau: Together for environment and health! 🌱English version below🌱 Vom 01.07. bis 21.07. fand das Stadtradeln in Landau statt. Die Challenge: So viele Alltagswege wie möglich klimafreundlich mit dem Fahrrad zu bewältigen. Am Ende werden die Kilometer gezählt und per App oder online eingetragen. Lukas Obinger, unser Kollege aus der F&E PU Crop Care – Electronics, erzählt Euch warum er Feuer und Flamme für diese Mitmachaktion ist! „Für mich ist Fahrradfahren der perfekte sportliche Ausgleich zu einem Arbeitstag im Büro und eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, die Natur und Ruhe zu genießen. Neben jährlichen 10-tägigen Radreisen mit Freunden fahre ich auch gerne nach der Arbeit mit Kollegen eine Runde, wobei das Einkehren in den Biergarten nicht fehlen darf.“ Habt Ihr schon an einer Aktion teilgenommen und seid bei dem Hobby dabeigeblieben? The challenge: to cycle as many everyday journeys as possible in a climate-friendly way. At the end, the kilometres are counted and recorded via app or online. Lukas Obinger, our colleague from R&D PU Crop Care - Electronics, tells you why he's so keen to get involved! ‘For me, cycling is the perfect sporting balance to a working day in the office and a wonderful way to enjoy nature and peace and quiet. EM Tippspiel bei HORSCH EURO football pool at HORSCH 🌍 International News from Germany 🌍 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 To mark EURO 2024, HORSCH organised a football pool for all employees worldwide. The excitement was not limited to the European Championship matches; the ranking of the football pool was also followed closely. The top 25 won a HORSCH T-shirt at the end of the European Championships, and there was also a special prize for the top 3: Andreas and Sabrina from the Schwandorf site and Ralf from the Ronneburg site (not in the picture) were delighted to receive a HORSCH Sport jersey and a fan package. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to everyone for taking part! 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪 Anlässlich der EURO 2024 gab es bei HORSCH ein Tippspiel für alle Mitarbeitenden weltweit. Nicht nur bei den EM-Spielen wurde mitgefiebert, auch das Ranking des Tippspiels wurde intensiv verfolgt.
