After almost 3 years of dedicated and outstanding leadership, copperdot CEO Dr. Philipp Spies has taken the decision to move on to new challenges within Bosch, taking over the responsibility for Automotive Purchasing China. At the same time, he is passing over his role to co-founder and former CFO/CRO Benjamin Ohse. Together with Benjamin, Philipp has been driving copperdot's growth and success, leaving a permanent mark on the organization, team, and culture. During his tenure, Philipp led numerous initiatives that strengthened copperdot's position in the electronics and PCB industry and fostered growth across all international teams. Together they achieved remarkable milestones: From the first-year sales target that they accomplished after just ten months, to the expansion of their global office sites and to every new customer that they gained, they were always reaching high together. Both Philipp's and Benjamin's visionary approach and commitment to excellence set continued high standards for the entire copperdot team. Continuing his dynamic and innovative leadership as copperdot's new CEO, Benjamin is bringing along a diverse career background in the electronics domain, characterized by transformative career paths and multifaceted responsibilities within Bosch.
