Did you know that today is International Self-Care Day? It’s an important reminder that we all need to look after ourselves, especially when the tough gets going. At Gamma, one of our core values is 'We’re there and we care' 💜 – and that’s why we recently supported our teams across the group with educational Wellbeing sessions. These covered all aspects of mental health support, such as the importance of mindfulness, gratitude meditation techniques, dealing with anxiety, financial wellbeing and – importantly - knowing that it’s OK to ask for help. We encouraged colleagues to also Make a Move for physical wellbeing, and in this short video, you can see that it was adopted across our entire group. A fantastic success story for our partner Route 101 Ltd. and how they utilised Gamma Horizon as part of a solution to transform employee and customer experience. Route 101 CEO Russell Attwood explains further: "Gamma Horizon has been a crucial tool for our customer Blackcircles in their CX journey, significantly improving their call management strategy. Blackcircles appreciates this solution because it supports remote work, allowing agents to work from anywhere with an internet connection. 🎓 Exciting News! 🎓 Gamma is proud to announce the launch of the Gamma Scholarship Programme! We’re offering four scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) at The University of Salford and Glasgow Caledonian University. These scholarships include mentoring, summer placements, industry exposure, and project assistance. We aim to make a lasting impact within our communities and support the United Nations SDGs of Gender Equality, Reduced Inequalities, and Decent Work and Economic Growth. We believe in empowering the next generation and supporting their educational journeys.
