CSD 2024 - what a day! 🏳️🌈 160 colleagues from Elli, Volkswagen and CARIAD joined this year’s Berlin Pride all together on one truck - a symbol of our unity. And our float’s motto „diverse, yet one“ echoed this sentiment perfectly as well. After the event we’ve asked two of our colleagues about their experience and why being part of it was important for them: Coleen Waibel, Partnership Manager & Chairwoman Works Council: "Super empowering experience, only felt positive and supportive vibes, while displaying an important message: Democracy needs diversity. My highlight was the colourful community, just celebrating who they are - as they should! Plus our DJ on board delivering the most awesome tracks!" 🌈 🎶 Rotem Peleg, Team Leam Product Design: "Participating in CSD Berlin was an incredible experience. It was amazing to feel the positive energy - the vibrant atmosphere and the sense of unity were truly inspiring. I was especially touched by the support from Elli and our CEO Giovanni Palazzo, who joined us on the float and shared in the celebration. Events like these are crucial for showing our support for the LGBTQ+ community and are just one part of our ongoing efforts to make the workplace more inclusive.
