Together with UITP, we wrapped up an inspiring three-day “Public Transport Fundamentals” training with the future leaders of Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority! We delved into why public transport is crucial for building sustainable cities as well as boosting the economy and the wellbeing of communities.🚍    The key takeaways about public transport for us are: ✅ What makes it so attractive? Accessibility, comfort, user experience, safety, affordability, integration, inclusivity ✅ What are its pillars? Legislation, organization, finance, capacity, customer-oriented service, multimodal integration, big data analysis, first & last mile solutions, real-time travel info, convenient ticketing   In particular, innovations in On-Demand Mobility, Shared Mobility, Micromobility, and MaaS are revolutionizing urban transport. Exciting times at Intersolar, the solar trade fair to be! 🌞   For three days, thousands of visitors and participants from all over the world came together to explore the latest trends in solar technologies. Several Dornier colleagues were present, each with their own agenda: networking, meeting existing business partners and discovering new business opportunities. We were excited to see the latest innovations and delighted to see demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies. 🚀   A highlight was Boris Westphal, who gave a very insightful keynote on "Renewable Solutions to Decarbonize the African Mining Industry" at the Green Power Technologies stand. Food and drinks also added to the lively atmosphere!   The evening events were great fun, whether watching the soccer matches or meeting up with business partners and former colleagues. Renovation success at the Teckschule in Wernau   Started in 2020 and completed on time for the start of the 2023 school year: The Teckschule shines in new splendor after intensive renovation! 🏫✨   The renovation was successfully carried out in three construction phases despite the school continuing to operate. Our colleagues from Stuttgart, who not only masterfully managed the cost control, but also took on the entire organization of the renovation project, deserve great praise for the successful completion of the project. 📋👍   And the best thing about it? The project was completed on time and within budget. A real milestone not only for the school community, but also for us and proof of excellent project management! 👏

The campus-X-change took place for the 22nd time and we were there. 🌟   Together with the graduates and students of Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU), we found ourselves in a lively exchange. What an impressive event!🚀 As a proud sponsor of the FaSTTUBe - Formula Student Team TU Berlin, we were able to witness the unveiling of the new FT24 racing car up close. The excitement was palpable and the result exceeded all expectations! 🌟 This year, the focus is particularly on aerodynamics and innovative materials - more carbon for even better performance. 🏎️💨 Over 100 talented FaSTTUBe members from various disciplines worked together for months to get the FT24 ready to ride. An organizational and interdisciplinary masterpiece! 👏🔧 The demonstration of the FT24 went smoothly despite a small mishap - the team however solved the problem in a flash. At the information stands, we were given in-depth insights into the technical details and were able to ask questions directly to the experts. The exhibition of the previous models was the cherry on top. 🛠️✨ We are impressed by the mentality, passion and team spirit of these students. Teamwork makes the dream work! 💪 Because the FaSTTUBe team has proven that the engineers of tomorrow all start small, but can achieve great things.
