🚀 10 Game-Changing UX Workshop Tips from Christopher Nguyen 🚀 In the first episode, we talked about UX workshops with Christopher Nguyen , and here are 10 tips and tricks from the episode that can truly elevate your game: 1️⃣ Ask questions, write stuff down, and keep the time limit. Active engagement is the key! Encourage participation, take notes, and manage time effectively for a more productive workshop. 2️⃣ Ensure participants are committed. Creating a committed atmosphere from the start sets the tone for a successful workshop. Foster dedication and watch the magic unfold. 3️⃣ Use fake confidence if you don't have a real one yet. Confidence is a skill that can be developed. Embrace a mindset of confidence, even if it starts as a bit of "fake it till you make it." 4️⃣ Provide help; a facilitator's role is to be helpful. Being a facilitator goes beyond guiding; it's about being a helpful resource. Support participants throughout the workshop journey. 5️⃣ Infuse energy; maintain an energetic demeanor. Energy is contagious! Keep the vibes upbeat and energetic to enhance participant engagement and overall workshop experience. 6️⃣ Schedule regular breaks. Breaks are not just for resting; they recharge the energy of the entire group. Plan breaks strategically for a more vibrant and productive session. 7️⃣ Practice as many times as possible and be proactive. Practice makes perfect! Be proactive in refining your skills through continuous rehearsal. The more prepared you are, the smoother the workshop. 8️⃣ Don't take yourself too seriously. Humor is a powerful tool. Lighten the atmosphere and create a comfortable learning environment by not taking yourself too seriously. 9️⃣ Employ a "What? Why? How?" approach for each activity. Structure your activities with a clear "What? Why? How?" framework. This ensures clarity and deepens participants' understanding. 🔟 Gather feedback to understand areas for improvement and recognize positive aspects.
