Project Report OB vans. After recently presenting the Ü9, built for our customer Studio Berlin we are now continuing with the Ü10. In 2021, we collaborated with Studio Berlin to design this large OB van, incorporating numerous innovations. This UHD/HDR OB van, designed with two extensions, offers a spacious 60m² interior and 26 workstations. It supports productions with up to 24 UHD/HDR cameras and additional wireless cameras, ensuring unparalleled broadcast quality. A notable feature of the Ü10 is the unique separation of hardware racks from the OB van, optimizing space and efficiency. By outsourcing the technical racks to the supporting truck, we gained numerous advantages in constructing and operating the OB van. The Ü10 provides more space than typical OB vans of its size, allowing for more workstations and a balanced arrangement. This ensures minimum distances are maintained, and there is no need for separate air-conditioning circuits to cool the racks. Consequently, the air-conditioning system was designed to focus on the comfort of the people working inside. This project again exemplifies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of live broadcasting technology. Staff Meeting at Broadcast Solutions GmbH Today, Broadcast Solutions GmbH held another staff meeting at our Bingen headquarters, a vital platform for keeping our global team at Broadcast Solutions informed and connected. The event featured general information, shaping the company’s vision, and, ultimately, the implementation of the corporate culture (vision and values). We developed our vision to position the company for the future. We streamed and translated the entire event live, ensuring that every employee could participate, no matter where they’re based. This inclusive approach allowed all our teams, from every office, to join in and stay informed. In addition, the staff meeting is where we share and inform all employees about the measures to develop the company further. More information will soon be available online on our website. However, the fun and sense of community should not be neglected. We will round off the day by watching the European Championship quarter-final between Germany and Spain together over drinks and a barbecue! We are looking forward to a good match. We are live at the AFCEA trade fair in Bonn. Today and tomorrow, our GovCom team will be at the AFCEA show, presenting our tools and solutions at the griffity defense GmbH booth F14. Broadcast Solutions offers key technologies, from body-worn systems to tactical wireless voice and data communication. Among others, we demonstrate the integration of our meshLINK ad-hoc MANET solutions with Silvus Technologies radios, our meshSOFT tool for visualising and controlling wireless networks and our meshSCOPE, which wirelessly transmits the view from scopes directly to a local or remote central command function in real-time and in the highest quality via meshLINK. All our solutions are, of course, network-compatible and can be integrated into a wide variety of workflows and scenarios.
