💡 We believe in the power of education and the importance of giving back to the communities where we operate. The local team of our site in Vietnam generously donated approx. 500 textbooks 📚 to Da Long Primary school, as well as more than 100 books including comics, fairy tales, Vietnamese and foreign literature. Additionally, they organized a special celebration for International Children’s Day, complete with games, educational dramas, and gifts. And their commitment didn't stop there - the team also installed a water purifier at the school to ensure that the kids have access to safe and clean water throughout the day. The response to this initiative has been incredible, with over 100 Bosch associates volunteering to help with the donation and installation of the water purifier. We are so proud of the willingness and dedication of our team in Vietnam. Way to go!

🚀 Gestern an der Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg: Ein spannender Austausch über Digitalisierung und ihre Auswirkungen auf Arbeitsmarkt und Bildung. 🚨Manchmal ist persönlicher Kontakt unerlässlich, um für unsere Kunden höchste Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. So wie in der Bosch Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle in Magdeburg, wo Matthias Hildebrandt als Schichtleiter arbeitet und die Arbeitsplätze rund um die Uhr besetzt sind. Er und sein Team nehmen Alarme und Störungsmeldungen der aufgeschalteten Brand-, Einbruch- und Gefahrenmeldeanlagen der Kunden entgegen. Die Meldungen werden verifiziert, bearbeitet und im Ernstfall entsprechende Maßnahmen eingeleitet. „Unser Ziel ist immer, dass wir den Kunden schnellstmöglich kompetent helfen und sie sich jederzeit maximal sicher fühlen können“, so der erfahrene Schichtleiter. 🎧Matthias Hildebrandt sieht sich als Brückenbauer zwischen den Kunden und den Fachkräften, die eine Intervention leisten: „Ich halte den Kontakt zum Kunden und spreche mit ihm die Maßnahmen durch. Im persönlichen Kontakt stellen wir sicher, dass eine Situation schnell geklärt werden kann. Empathie ist immer wichtig, beispielsweise wenn der Gesprächspartner aufgrund eines Alarms nervös ist. Ein Chatbot könnte das nicht und könnte auch die oft komplexen Hintergründe nicht so schnell erfassen. 🚀 Coding for Kids: Empowering Future Talents 🚀 Recently, our headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany was alive with the "CODIE – Coding for Kids" workshop. We welcomed 14 eager children (8-12 years) into the fascinating world of #AI and #coding. Our aim? To build their digital, social, and problem-solving skills through curiosity and teamwork. A big compliment goes to the HR team led by Marie Günther, Laura Strauß, Selina Feuerbach and Pia Mündelein who initiated the workshop, and to the trainers on-site: Patrik Spreitzer, Tobias Theis, Yousef Salih and Dalaa El Mir.
