☕ 🖨️ Interns and working students are only tasked to brew coffee and copy documents? Not at Bosch Connected Industry! To prove this, we would like to introduce you to our colleague and working student Tayla Marburger – and since today is #internationalcatday, also to her cat Mia 🐱. A student of media publishing, Tayla started interning in our marketing team in autumn 2023 to work on social media, event management and the design of print products. After six months, she was asked to continue as a working student for design and documentation, where she is currently developing a concept for a web-based training. “In my nearly one year at Bosch, I have always felt valued by my colleagues,” Tayla says. “I am seen as a full-fledged team member whose ideas are equally appreciated as everyone else’s.” When she’s neither at university nor working, Tayla likes to spend her time baking bread, volunteering as a youth social worker, and of course with her cat Mia. 🐈 The flexible working models of Bosch help her combine all these activities: “I do most of my hours on lecture-free days and work from home for the rest,” she says. “I really appreciate the flexibility and freedom I have at Bosch Connected Industry – both in the way I can do my tasks and organize my working schedule.” ❤️ Are you also interested in an internship at Bosch Connected Industry? 🎉 An unforgettable day: Review of our Gemba Walk & Get Together 2024 🎉 In challenging times, it is more important than ever to pause, reflect on what we have achieved and celebrate the moments that bring us together. ✨Last Thursday we had the opportunity to do just that. In a Gemba Walk of 9 stations we got deep insights into the current focus topics. It was inspiring to see how our colleagues presented their projects regarding #Nexeed Industrial Application System, Nexeed #Automation and #boschsemanticstack with passion. This exchange not only expanded our knowledge, but also strengthened our bond as a team. After a very informative afternoon, we ended the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Under the trees 🌳in front of our Stuttgart office building we sat together with delicious food, ice cream 🍨and music. As bartenders, our management board cut a fine figure and provided us with drinks. A big thank you goes to the organization team, to our colleagues Daniel and Andreas for the music 🎵and to all those who have contributed to making this day special.
