Sarcoma Strong 2024 is a 5K that will take place at the Confederation Beach Park pavilion in Hamilton, Ontario on Sunday, August 11th, 2024, from 10:00am to 12:30pm.

The purpose of this 5K run/walk is to raise awareness and critical funds for sarcoma, a type of tissue cancer found in bones and muscles.

Please check-in and participate in warming-up at 10:00am before the 5K run/walk begins at 10:30am.

We will be hosting participants for snacks and refreshments at a barbecue after they complete the course around 11:30am.
