We’re pleased to announce that Azoth has been honored with an Award of Distinction in the Metal AM components sector! In the Medical/Dental Category, we, alongside our customer Sur-Set Connect LLC, received recognition for our innovative electromedical connector components. These include a set screw, set screw block, and a spring housing, which provide crucial mechanical feedback for catheter insertion. By transitioning from binder jetting (BJT) to material jetting (MJT), we overcame significant de-powdering challenges, producing 316 stainless-steel parts with exceptional resolution and surface finish.
