The last stage of the #PriMýte project has received its occupancy permit 🥳 Construction of the third and final stage of the successful Pri Mýte project began in the summer of 2021, bringing quality urban housing in 98 new high standard apartments with attractive layouts, offices and commercial spaces with terraces on the ground floor. In addition to the completion of the entire project, the last apartment building also filled in the missing part of Račianska Street with architecture by Slovak architecture studio Superatelier. The third stage also includes a public space with a fountain, perennial flower beds and relaxation areas, which will be available not only to residents but also to visitors. The project has the advantage of being close to the city centre, with a wide range of amenities nearby and easy access to public transport 🚋 There are only a few vacant apartments left in the stage. Two decades of Penta Real Estate success: Petr Palička hands over the management of the company to David Musil With effect from 1st of July 2024, we have a new Managing Director for the Czech Republic. David Musil - a long-time colleague and close associate of the former head of the company, Petr Palička, who managed the company since its foundation 17 years ago. Under his leadership, Penta Real Estate became the leader of the commercial real estate market and one of the main premium residential developers in Prague. "I am truly happy, that I had the chance to participate in the creation of buildings such as Florentinum, Masaryčka, Churchill or Victoria Palace. With the support of the Penta group behind me, I had the opportunity to transform even large areas, such as Waltrovka, Churchill square, the area of Masaryk railway station or Victory square. Of course, all of this would not have been possible without the support of Penta's partners and, above all, the entire Penta Real Estate team. Therefore, a big thank you to all of them" says Petr Palička.

Hidden 100-year-old time capsule found during Nusle Brewery reconstruction After 100 years and five days, our team found a "time capsule" in one of the historic buildings of the Nusle Brewery with various archival materials from 1924, left by a Nusle mason, Mr. Nádvorník, during repairs to the building. 🔨 The originals will be sent to a museum, but copies of the original documents (supplemented with photos and documentation from the current reconstruction of the brewery) have been returned to their original place in a new and more robust box, as a souvenir for future generations. Café-Reception at Nová Waltrovka Offices by Atelier M1 architekti, s.r.o. Since the reception area is expensive to staff and the entrance lobby is a waste of available square meters, we decided to combine these two parts more economically and open the café into the lobby of Metalica building. Receptionists will be happy to help you enter the building on arrival or to prepare freshly roasted coffee to make your morning better. Our intention was to create a welcoming place for people to meet and spend time, whether we're talking about future office tenants or local residents. We combined the café with a virtual receptionist system. Visitors who would normally check in at the reception desk are able to use AI Receptionist to quickly register. Bory Nový Dvor has been nominated for CE ZA AR 🏡 The second stage of the Bory Bývanie project has been nominated for a prestigious Slovak architectural award. Out of 116 entries, Bory Nový Dvor was selected as one of the 24 nominees. Designed by Slovak architects from the Sadovsky & Architects studio, the project places a strong emphasis on public spaces, which significantly enhance overall resident satisfaction. The centerpiece of this stage is an extensive green park with a natural pond, connected to a small square. The pond acts as a retention basin, collecting water from roofs and platforms of the surrounding buildings. This method helps retain water in the area, thus contributing to biodiversity and improving the local microclimate. The high-quality public space is complemented by relaxation zones, children's playgrounds, and a large multifunctional playground.
