CURYJ respects and protects your privacy and your information will never be shared or sold.
We collect the domain name, but not the e-mail address, of visitors to our website. Unless volunteered, CURYJ does not collect personal information about visitors to our website, we collect only aggregate information such as the number and frequency of visitors. All personal information volunteered by the visitor (such as survey feedback, email address and other information provided when signing up to receive alerts) is stored on a secure server with password protection.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, to notify users about updates to our website, and to alert users about issues and actions. The information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We never collect or purchase contact information from any third parties.

Financial Transactions

To process a charitable contribution or product purchase, it is necessary for CURYJ to gather the visitor’s name, email address, mailing address, phone, and credit card information. This data is used to verify identity and execute the financial transaction.
Additionally, phone number and email address information may be used to contact visitors if there is a problem with the transaction.
Personal information is kept private and secure and is not sold, rented, or traded to third parties. It is important to note that credit card numbers are used only at the time of the transaction, and are not stored following the conclusion of the transaction unless a transaction is selected that occurs on a regular basis. For transactions that recur, credit card information is stored in an encrypted format.

Donors may be signed up for our newsletter, or if you have signed up to receive our alerts and do not want to receive correspondence from us in the future, you may safely unsubscribe by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our alerts. You may also request to be removed by sending us an email at the above address, calling us at the above telephone number, or writing to us at the above address.
CURYJ provides an advocacy service allowing site visitors to contact leaders, government officials, and members of the press about issues of concern. Contact information such as name and email address are requested. If cookies are enabled on a visitor’s computer, then our site will use cookies to identify previous users of our advocacy service to enhance their experience.
We do not collect any personally identifying information provided through our tell-a-friend feature.
