The holder of this certificate has completed the program “Boards Oversight of Responsible AI for Value Creation” organized by Boards Impact Forum, the Nordic Chapter of Climate Governance Initiative in collaboration with World Economic Forum. * Organised by the Boards Impact Forum, the Nordic Chapter of the Climate Governance Initiative in collaboration with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Program was designed to align with WEF's eight Governance Principles and integrate the academically research-based Framework for AI Leadership for Boards, enhanced with dedicated sections on Sustainability and AI. * The curriculum included 26 online modules, five virtual webinars and peer exchanges, AI-powered boardroom simulations, hands-on Generative AI experiences, and a comprehensive Personal Reflection & Intervention Plan. * The certification process, including detailed reviews of the Reflection & Intervention Plan, was carried out by representatives from the Boards Impact Forum, the Scandinavian Executive Institute, Next Agents, and Digoshen.
