Operation Vanguard Weapon Case

The Operation Vanguard Case is a weapon case consisting of 14 community-created weapon skins released as part of Operation Vanguard during the November 11, 2014 update. Like the previous operation cases, Operation Vanguard Coin holders receive exclusive case drops in addition to the normal timed drops during Operation Vanguard as well as the potential to receive a case as a mission drop.

• The artwork on M4A4 | Griffin was modified due to copyright infringement, similar to the case with the M4A4 | Howl in the Huntsman Weapon Case. However, it was not removed from the case and its rarity was unchanged.
• The AK-47 Wasteland Rebel has the numbers 7355608 written on it, which is the C4 code.
• AK-47 Wasteland Rebel shows the phrase 1337 Krew (leetspeak version of Elite Crew) drawn in a heavily stylized way on the receiver and a Terrorists symbol drawn on the magazine. The right side also shows the phrase "Make Them Cry!", referencing an Elite Crew quote "We will make them cry!"
• The AK-47 Wasteland Rebel has the phrase "The pizza is a lie" written on the right side of its handguard four times. It is a reference to the internet meme The Cake is a lie.
