Choose from Classical and Power reformer Pilates classes. All in-studio group classes are taught on the exceptional Merrithew reformers and equipment. Just come along in comfortable workout gear. PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer bespoke programming for any level and ability. Book a Personal Training session at one of our studios. Your instructor will customise your workouts to suit your personal goals and requirements. Intelligent Pilates, skilfully delivered.
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
Become a STOTT PILATES certified instructor at our Merrithew Host Training Centre: Core Windsor. We offer STOTT PILATES Intensive Matwork Plus and STOTT PILATES Intensive Reformer courses as well as a selection of smaller courses and workshops.
