Ingredients
Yield:2½ cups
- 2ounces dried de arbol chilies (see note)
- 1ounce dried chipotle peppers
- ¾teaspoon dried guajillo chilie
- ¾teaspoon dried ancho chilie
- ¾teaspoon dried mulato chilie
- 1large tomato, quartered
- ¼small bunch parsley, stems removed
- ½cup chopped Spanish onion
- 1garlic clove, peeled
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1teaspoon salt
- ¼cup Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all the chilies and the chipotle peppers in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and process until puréed into a paste.
