A warning for anyone who dares to click play on the trailer for Flight Risk: it’s the type of trailer that gives away the film’s entire plot over of course of two minute and 30 second runtime. Then again, if you are to stomach the trailer for Flight Time, chances are you probably won’t see it in theaters anyway. Directed by Mel Gibson and starring Mark Wahlberg as a pilot/hitman, Flight Risk comes across as a low-budget, straight-to-DVD-quality Con Air rip-off. The only true highlight is Mark Wahlberg’s terrible bald cap, which like everything else, is given away in the trailer.
Also starring Michelle Dockery as the FBI agent and Topher Grace as the informant, Flight Risk is set for release on October 18th, 2024.
