If the Spanish Wikipedia thinks it's in scope then it's in scope. Keep per C:INUSE. As I said in Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Pomponal.jpg, I'd immediately remove it if this were the English Wikipedia, but I'm not involved with es.wikipedia, and I don't know their standards.
