The artwork, a lithograph by Emile Bourdelin, 1881, does not mention either the artist or the intellectual owner, namely the city of Ghent. I found it in the archives of the Ghent Port Authority Verloren16 (talk) 08:02, 15 March 2024 (UTC)
- Speedy keep. Verloren16, why are you requesting the deletion of a public domain photo that's COM:INUSE, instead of editing the file description? -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 08:36, 15 March 2024 (UTC)
Kept: per Ikan Kekek. 1881 lithograph out of copyright. Description can be edited to correct inaccuracies; not a deletion issue. --Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 15:19, 15 March 2024 (UTC)
