Purchased this unit to replace a regular toaster oven and separate, basket style air fryer damaged after a lightning strike to the house. Overall, I give this unit a 5 star rating. For an all in one unit, it does all the functions extremely well with relatively quick pre-heat times. The unit is larger than photos make it out to be and does get quite warm so be sure you check your counter space and leave room for the unit to "breathe".
The air fry function is perfect with the right amount and placement of heating elements combined with a powerful fan. I look forward to using the dehydrate feature but wish I could find 2 additional wire racks and basket trays for this purpose but the included rack, pan and tray are perfect for most all uses.
As another review stated, the door is spring loaded. It will stay open at a 90 degree angle to the counter, using the handle as a leg to rest on and makes the door a great landing tray. But be sure to have ahold of the handle when closing as it will powerfully slap closed otherwise but seems to take the negligent abuse very well without damage (so far). The quirky thing is the power button. It's not labeled and had to dig through the manual to figure out how to turn the unit off. By pressing and holding the "Time/Shade" button for 3 seconds, the unit will power off manually. I maked mine with a sharpee until I'm used to it and it removes easily with rubbing alcohol.
One thing I didn't consider is for the air fry function specifically. While this unit air fries beautifully, I do miss my pull out basket air fryer for the more messy items. I used to just pull the basket out, give the items a shake, and put it back in, keeping all the debris that falls off in the bottom of the basket. While there is no need to "shake" the items in this all in one unit, crumbs and bits will make a little bit bigger clean up job overall. That's my only real gripe about it.
I do like that the light turns on automatically when you reach the 1 minute mark, being both functionally handy and a visual reminder your item is about done cooking. For my family of two, this will all but replace my regular oven as it's size is perfect for 95% of our cooking/baking needs, it even handles a store bought pizza just fine. The only feature it's missing really is a rotisserie but I likely wouldn't have used that much (if at all) anyways. Solid purchase for the money and very happy to have it as another tool in the kitchen. Even bought one for my mom.

Easy to use, some small quirks
I've made fries and onion rings and they came out nice and crispy the first time, the second time I used the air fryer function, the oven wouldn't go off the preheat setting, so I just threw the onion rings in and they didn't crisp up and stayed a little soggy. The preheat thing is a little annoying. I've tried to bypass it a few times, without success.I've airfried chicken thighs and fresh cut fish fillets(also in photos), they turned out perfectly crispy but took a lot longer to cook than with a regular air fryer. The fish fillets really did turn out beautifully(4th photo), they cooked up exactly like cooking in a deep fryer, minus the oily taste.When using the "bake" function, the oven seems to run a little hotter than a regular oven, so be careful of what temp you set it on and maybe check food a few times so it doesn't get overdone. I've made toast and bagels a few times, you have to play with the settings to see what time and temp work best for you, according to how you like your toast. It does toast evenly on both sides but bread gets very dried out(hard to explain), it does not look or taste like toast that comes out of a regular toaster. After toasting bagels a few times now, I find the best setting is to set it for 2-slices, and on the #4 setting, it gets bagels nice and crispy on both sides, without burning any areas, I don't like charred toast.You can also fit a 12 1/2" pizza stone in this oven, it hangs over the rack just a bit, but still clears the door, so you can easily bake a 12" pizza in this, the homemade pot pie was also baked on the pizza stone and the crust came out great(see photos)While using the air fryer function, I don't think it is very loud like some mention. It's no louder than the basket style air fryer I still use. One thing I'd change is the volume of the beeps on this machine. It is pretty low, I wish there was a volume button to make it louder, it's not a huge deal.Cleaning: The bottom tray comes out for easy cleaning. When using the air fryer, if it's a greasy food, it does splash a little on the top burner elements and roof of oven. It's not that easy to clean the inside roof of oven, because the heating elements are in the way. Over time, this will probably cause a greasy build up. It would be really nice if they made these ovens self cleaning, like a regular oven.LITTLE QUIRKS I've noticed so far:1 - I don't like not being able to bypass the preheat setting, I've heard if you use the app, you can do this, I don't want another app on my phone, so I won't use it.2 - After the mandatory preheating, the timer starts right away, if you're not ready with prepping your food, you should have the option to delay the starting timer. I'd prefer to start the timer AFTER I put food in.3 - Airfrying takes a little longer than a traditional basket style airfryer, honestly, I'm not crazy about the airfryer on this oven, it doesn't crisp like my basket style fryer.4 - Still would like a regular on/off button to completely turn oven off, or have it shut down and completely turn off after a certain amount of time, I forgot to unplug it one day and the front display was all lit up andthe "airfry" setting was still blinking after about 4 hours, not crazy about that.

My return date on my order is MARCH 28, 2023 - the request was made on or about March 21. I submitted for a return and SIRANCO declined it stating I am outside the return window. There customer service is the worst - now calling me a liar as they didn't even read this review. SIRANCO continues to decline my legitimate return by making up their arbitrary end date for returns. SIRANCO SOLICITED feedback after my order which I provided. SIRANCO is stating that because I replied to their solicited feedback it is too late to return the item even though the return was requested far before March 28. Their customer service are rude and should not be dealing with customers, and should learn to read a date.
