The fluted design meant all the muffins cooked at the same rate, and outer ones were not over-done. I've only used this once so far to make mini chocolate chip muffins for children, but they turned out perfect & no sticking whatsoever.

These are the best pans ever. They should NOT go in the dishwasher. Hand washing preserves the integrity of the pan. Mini muffins and tarts slip out easily. You won't regret buying them.

First time using USA PANs Aluminized steel, will not go back to any other bakeware. Heavy duty, well made, non-stick, very solid piece. Mini muffin came out supper easy. Just place my order for USA PANs pizza and cookie pans.
