This cookbook is my favorite cookbook I've ever owned. It's so easy to follow. The recipes are flavorful and unique. Whenever I'm in a cooking rut, I just flip through the pages. I also love how much I've been able to use different types of spices. My favorite recipes are this beef keema, the smokey drumsticks, and butter chicken.
