Nice and large so the bacon can go straight in. Like these handles better so there's nothing sticking out to knock off. Good quality & my favorite is that you can put it in the dishwasher!

We have almost entirely All-Clad cookware simply because it lasts so long and works so well. When our Calphalon non-stick 12" everyday pan started flaking, we replaced it with this model and have been very happy since. It feels high-quality, it cooks evenly, and nothing sticks to it. I'm not accustomed to All-Clad gear being somewhat affordable, but I'm here for it. This is a nice piece at a nice price for what it is.

This pan is a no-brainer because of its quality and versatility.

Note: Even though it says it's dishwasher safe, I still wouldn't recommend anything nonstick in the dishwasher. While I doubt this will flake off, the harsh detergent can't possibly be helping that coating.

I bought this item a few weeks ago and could not be happier. I highly recommend that you hand wash it with hot water and soap after it is cooled off. I have been steaming rice in this pan and flipping over with a nice crusty bottom. The pan is wider than I anticipated and fits my need. Please pay attention to the dimensions so you are surprised. This pan is not super deep. I highly recommend it to those that have a use for it. If you are new to all-clad please consider buying what you need and not buy a set. Although the sets are a good buy for your money, in most cases only a few of the items come handy. This is wide pan as I mentioned above, and you can make food for 3-5 people. One thing I learned over the years is that small pans and pots are good for restaurants were chefs make a dish per order. If you make food for a family small pots and pans are not used as much. Hence this is good item for making food for more than one dish.
