What is this...a brewer for ants? The cavity that holds brewed liquid is only ~6" tall. That would net me about 1 to 1-1/2 cups of coffee. Severely undersized for the price. I now understand why they didn't list the volume capacity the page and only the dimensions, which included the bottom boiler, so do not be fooled.

This is the worst system. It leaks everywhere. Poured out into my chair staining it. Tried to talk to customer service sent videos that apparently isn’t good enough. Horrible product horrible customer service.
