Works great for cookies fresh out the oven & for anything fried that comes out dripping in oil. Nice way to cool off food and prepare without ending up with a sticky/messy pan. Size works well and can fit easily. I also love the color, does not look like clutter in my kitchen!

When my air fryer and my toaster oven needed to replace it the same time I was trying to decide if I wanted to replace my toaster oven and get an air fryer with that or if I could potentially air fry in my convection oven. Well it turns out you need the proper tools in order to air fry in a convection oven including an oven that has the convection functionality. Mine does. Turns out I could have been air frying in my oven this entire time saving myself space. These little baskets work perfectly on a tray, I can fit both of them on one tray thus separating the food I want to cook or I can just use one at a time if I'm making a smaller portions. They've held up well to washing I have hand washed them so far but we'll probably end up throwing them in the dishwasher at some point. Overall I thought they were good, work as advertised, and are great for using in the convection oven. The food I've tried has turned out nice and crispy because these allow the air to flow around the food and get a nice even crispness.

Hint: yes, we do lightly spray the tray prior to cooking. Most of our vegetables are tossed lightly with EVOO, avocado or macadamia oil and we have not had an issue with stuck-on-the-basket foods.

I was a little worried that this really wouldn't work but it does. I didn't want to purchase an air Fryer because I have no room to store one. This basket works great for anything food you want crispy fried. My chicken finally comes out perfect. It does take a little longer than a air fryer but I really didn't care about cooking time. Just follow your normal cooking time on foods and they will come out nice and crisp. I use my own baking sheet or I found the cooper grilling sheets work too to catch oils.

I originally brought an air fryer tray made for air frying in my oven that has air frying capacity. It consisted of a cookie sheet with a matching cooling rack that fit in it. It didn’t work well for multiple reasons: it allowed food to slide through the food rack, with the sheet underneath I don’t think the air circulated very well and it was impossible to shake up the food during cooking. These trays solved all of that. You basically get two for what other vendors sell for one. Two fit side by side on the top rack and I put a normal cookie sheet on the bottom rack. This gives me a huge capacity. The size is also perfect for a fit in the dishwasher. The food comes out amazing.
